Abstract

The article determines the importance of marketing in the scope of social services and formulates the peculiarities of the marketing complex. The author considers different types of marketing in the field of social services that vary as follows: by form of property of an enterprise offering social services, by corporate objectives, by relation to internal or external environment of a social service enterprise, by the sector of social services offered, by the type social service outcome (human capital). The article substantiates the necessity of improving marketing management, developing the marketing concept and implementation of effective marketing tools in the field of social services.
